never had a problem ordered multiple times loved this places food, until today absolutely terrible experience placed ordered paid for it as usual all ok then? 1hr no order came contacted them gave excuse will be there soon ? no it wasnt contacted again different excuse system problems asked what we ordered re told them be with us soon .2hrs 10 min now rang back hes left be there shortly .suprise suprise it didnt come again 3hrs rang again still no food .end result paid for meal didnt get it will never use these again been messed about all night guess getting a refund wont be straight forward minus 10/10

Had a couple of issues recently with my order. This time I ordered a Monster Burger which was advertised as 3 burgers but I only got 2 in both burgers ordered. I didn't realise until I got back with my order.

I'd like to review the food but after 2 hours and 10 minutes, it's still not here. 2 phone calls where I was told "it'll be five minutes" and then "any second, it'll be there" and still nothing. Waste of time. Don't bother.

Ordered food at around half 6 with a delivery time of 19.43, this time goes past so ring take away at 20.05 to be told it will be with me in next 5 minutes, 20 minutes go by so I ring again to be told it has only just gone out the door, so first person I spoke to blatantly lied. When food did turn up the bag and containers were covered in oil and the 3 chapatis that should have been with order were missing and a small portion of reheated chips were in their place, I always have chapatis with my curry not chips so this was disappointing also. The food was only just warm so needed to be microwaved first, if I'd wanted to heat my own food I'd have got a ready meal. To be fair the food was nice, the onion bhajis were a little tough but were tasty. It's a shame it was let down by the overall service but I will not be ordering from them again.

I've regular for more years than I can remember and it's always been top notch. Not sure what's happened tonight but the Karachi I received looks like tomato soup, and king prawns are certainly not king prawns, ca. 1/4 inch in size... Chips and naan bread good as usual, also excellent delivery. Hopefully this is one off and will be back to normal next time round.
